Sensory-motor integration as a foundation for emotional development, learning, and behavioral regulation will be discussed; including symptoms of function and dysfunction. Practical strategies to help children with typical and challenging behaviors and to decrease everyone’s stresses will be shared in this interactive workshop.

Learn more about Brain Gym® and experience other Brain Gym® movements.  Learn more about the basic three dimensional aspects of this model.  Improve your “noticing.”  Learn how to become more centered, moving from the core of the body.  Become more focused.  Use cross-lateral movements to utilize more of your brain.  Have fun doing these and implementing them into activities for your children.  Play and learn!  Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a bottle of WATER.
